WHAT IS “ELEVATE 2.0” ?

Just as incredible as our previous “Elevate” program, but even better.

Not only will be be focusing on consistency within Strength Training, by following a specifically designed program that progressively overloads over the 12 Weeks, but we will be really raising the bar in terms of encouraging you to step outside of your comfort zones in other elements.

There will be 3 Main focuses of this program, with the option to opt in to as many that align with your goals.


1. Strength Training progressions/program
2. Fun Run - 5or 10km
3. Overall health and wellness, social connection, building confidence, healing, sleep, nutrition, body composition and working on a winners mindset.
