We are committed to ensuring the health and safety of all of our members. You can feel safe in knowing that all social distancing and hygiene protocols will be in place! Members must wear a face mask to and from their sessions, hand sanitise on arrival and comply with only staying in their designated training areas. Our gym is kept immaculate year round as it is, but you can have confidence in knowing that the equipment is cleaned after every single session!

Our classes are designed to cater for every age and fitness level. Every class is programmed to allow both beginners and advanced to work at their own pace, while still ensuring you are being challenged, pushed and educated by our trainers. 
All of our sessions are capped and require you to book in via the MindBody app, this is to ensure adequate attention is provided to all members! 

All of our Personal Training sessions are booked directly with our trainers and clients. It is best to email us to find out more about these options.

ZUU - 45 MINUTES

ZUU is a registered bodyweight training modality that started in elite sports and armed forces. Over the years ZUU has become an integral part of these sectors being used for pre-season training, game specific conditioning, rehabilitation, confined space training, remote location training and frontline troop training where equipment is unavailable or unaccessible.


This class is ideal for ALL fitness levels and abilities. ZUU is perfect for those wanting to increase their mobility and love a good solid workout in the most supportive environment possible - just like all of our classes!!

ANKORR FIT - 45 MINUTES

This session is a combination of work in the ANKORR Harness, ZUU and Strength & Conditioning.
The ANKORR Harness was designed and developed by those who created ZUU, purely to add resistance and make ZUU movements harder...And well, it does just that!
You can expect to have working intervals in and out of the harness as a circuit style class.

No doubt about it, this class is HIGH ENERGY and will seriously put you to work, but just like all of our classes, it is appropriate for all fitness levels!!
Book in quick as there is only 16 Spots available in each ANKORR FIT session. 

THE GRIND - 45 MINUTES

Tabata is another form of High Intensity Interval Training, which uses intense anaerobic exercises with shorter recovery periods designed to improve fitness and provide a serious 10 seconds rest.

 

WILDCARD - 45 MINUTES
You will never know what’s coming in this session…. other than, it will always be full of Chippers (Big working sets that drop in reps as you move throughout the session), EMOMS(completely a certain amount of reps Every Minute On the Minute) & AMRAPS (as many rounds as possible)!! Lots of variety, high heart rates and good times!


HURTLOCKER - 45 MINUTES

Formerly know as our BOOTCAMP session and one of our most popular sessions to literally finish off the week! 
We have moulded everyones favourite things into one session. You never know what you will get in the HURT LOCKER.

AMRAPS (as many round of possible), Mega circuits, EMOMS (every minute on the minute), Strength & conditioning, sprints, core... You'll just have to come to see what all of the fuss is about!! 


HYPER FIT - 45 MINUTES
HYPER is a hybrid class, a mix of both Strength and Conditioning. 

Approx. 15 mins at the start of the class is dedicated to performing one particular Strength exercise like squats, deadlifts, thrusters, bench, turkish get ups etc…

It will then be followed with a conditioning block which could be absolutely anything, think HURTLOCKER, WILDCARD, THE GRIND, ANKORR FIT all into one.
Each week both the strength exercise and the conditioning block will change, meaning you get to focus on something new each week. 


 

BOXING - 45 MINUTES

Our Boxing classes are an amazing high intensity, full body workout. Sessions are a mix of technique/combination work,as well as high rep sweat rounds, circuits and core!

All pads and boxing gloves are provided for all of our boxing sessions, although you are welcome to bring your own gear along. Come with a partner or we can pair you with someone else in the class!

Always guaranteed to be one sweaty session!

LIFT - 45 MINUTES

This session involves low impact, functional full body strength training.

All sessions include big compound lifts such as squats and deadlifts,followed by multiple other pressing, pushing and core exercises, ensuring a well balanced and challenging session.

Appropriate for ALL ages and ALL strength levels, these sessions will test everyone and most importantly build strong foundations and help to prevent injuries!

We are happy for children to be brought along to this class, although due to COVID19 all of your little ones much remain in their prams or capsules. To provide a safe environment for everyone, the children cannot participate in the class.
